I have been here for 6 months. Bryce from the office was very helpful when I came to sign the lease. All the staff I have encountered during the 6 months have been friendly (cleaning, repair, office). I am satisfied with my life here. Sometimes the elevator smells like weed, but I know that it is not the apartment’s problem. I think the weed smell is the other tenant's problem. I toured recently and was pleased with building. The property is clean and well maintained. The apartments were spotless. This place is SUCH a gem in the heart of K Town! This was my first apartment in LA and it was been the absolute best experience, especially being out here alone away from my family. From day one, everyone here has been so attentive and genuine, and the building itself is stunning with SO MUCH to offer. It really is such a community here! This is a perfect place to be and every second has been so special, it is so hard for me to have to say goodbye. I would 1000% live here again if the future allows! Thank you so much everyone at Berkshire K2LA I will miss you all dearly!

Moved here in August - really pleased with the apartment building especially the cleanliness. Special shout-out to Anthony Newbill for all his help with my move in and addressing all my questions. The maintenance team Greg and Carlo are the most prompt and helpful - very down to earth - super grateful for their availability to help with any maintenance issues. Thank you Berkshire K2LA.
