As a long time resident I have to say, this building has gone down the tubes. Outrageous rent prices for nothing in return but a place to lay your head at night.

All building services called out as part of the sales pitch have all been removed. No more concierge, no more building security, deteriorating building conditions that when fixed get tossed back residents as “upgrades” to allow them to justify higher than average rent increases.

Our proximity to the local respite centre, paired with no onsite building security, has allowed our building to become a safe house for the less fortunate to seek shelter after hours. With approx a dozen recent comments from residents concerning these unwanted guests trying to enter people’s apartments.

Th Building Management is the best! Abner has been amazing throughout the time I’ve been living at 200 Dufferin. Maintenance requests are done on time and he’s always available when there’s an emergency. He’s very helpful with anything he can assist with. He really take care of his tenants. I enjoy having such an amazing Building Manager on site who I can fully trust.

Kurt made our experience so easy. We would have never been so relaxed if it wasn’t for Kurt. He helped us from the beginning until the lease was signed. We appreciate people like him. He’s a gem for Dufferin Apartments. - 7 months ago
