The management here is outstanding ! My filters in my apartment AC needed to be changed as it was super warm , i own brachycephalic dog that needs to stay cool at all times so this specific situation is very stressful for a pet owner! I sent an email to Phillip ( Resident Manager) and to my surprise he sent someone from maintenance to have it fixed right away. We moved in end of last year and have had such an incredible experience living here. Joy and Ginalyn are such amazing property managers who really take pride in every element of the building and the residents that live here. They really make you feel like you are home and ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. Their warmth is really contagious . I was the very first tenant to move into this building in October 2016. I was very impressed from the moment I moved in. The building has always been very clean, the management team have always been wonderful and the units are as advertised! The area has everything you could want and it is wonderful for people who love to be outdoors, as it is close to trails and the waterfront. After living there for 5 years, I decided I needed a place with a few extra bedrooms however, had it not been for that, I could have seen myself there for a very long time. My Wife and I loved the building, the location and the neighborhood. Also, under the administration of Real Star, we had a great experience, first with the Rebeca an Andree as administrators and later with Gina, Joy and Tanya, the Maintenance and services of the building were never an issue. The commitment and friendly attitude, were always a high-light of living on the building. We will definitively rent again :). - 3 years ago
