TL Residence is a Scammer, trap you into a Lease then rob your money!
My girlfriend saw TL website advertisement and Rentcafe showed the price starts from $1000 then called its Leasing office a young black girl said everything was "True", then we went to see the apartment, and she said "Oh, that unit just sold!" then told us another exactly same small studio is $1466 plus cable, water, trash, pest control, credit card fee, end up we have to pay $1900 per month! They boldly cheat, saying "The ad said 2 months free is from the original price of $1850 and the $1466 is after discount price!" she is a liar, a black man Assistant Manager had never shown up, and no property manager! so, this property has only 2 staff there!
The room is just after construction, full of dust, small, and only has a cheap electric cooking top! No guards, mails was piled on a lobby counter, residents complained their packages were stolen! The management is a 3rd party, very messy!
This building is on the worst SF homeless and drug street, high crime, very dirty, and dangerous place! out of the entrance are the home of drug users and homeless!

They don't seem to want to refund deposits. I have been calling and emailing for a month and still haven't heard back about my deposit. Initially they would reply to emails immediately. The first time I called, a guy at the desk said he released my deposit and that it would take 21 days, which he didn't because my bank would alert me of an incoming refund. My bank usually process refunds within 4 days. It should have been a refund since it was a charged, not a hold. Recently he said he is contacting his accounting team about it. Why does it take a whole month to communicate between themselves? Hopefully they can refund me asap so that I don't take further action against their company.

We were as tenants in Tl Residences and the

Experience was incredible, the building is totally new, very clean.

The Studio is Beautiful, modern and with all possible comforts.

About the staff, Bernard and Ereese :

very friendly and very efficient in their work, they always helped us a lot and were aware that our stay was pleasant.

Mario the maintenance boy always attentive to the needs of the building and of us as tenants, very friendly and always with a smile.

And the cleaning girl, super friendly, very efficient and very smiling.

The guards in turn are super friendly and are aware of the security of the building, Without a doubt, that's very appreciated.

Definitely a place we will return to !!!

It was a very nice time living in Tl Residences.

Bernard was amazing in describing and showing this property to my husband and myself! He took the time to throughly answer all of our questions and pointed out the different apartment options and the building amenities. You'll hardly ever get your maintenance request done if you become the tenants. If it's done, it means that you've made the requests too many times to the maintenance team and waited at least one month until they get it done. The mentioned requests are having blinds or having properly working AC in your room in the first place for example. - a month ago
