Great building and location, but the management is problematic. There are about eight people living in the building acting as property managers, and it seems like all they do is watch cameras. Bringing a guest to the rooftop results in a fine within 24 hours. Leaving a stroller in the parking lot for 10 minutes, even if it's not obstructing any cars, results in a notice. It's a real pain to live like this. They restrict access to common areas that rent contributes to for three days for their personal party, and that's considered fine. Amazing place to live. I was there in a short term rental apartment. The building is very well maintained and the management was incredible.
