Long story short, it was great while it lasted. A portion of the staff is indeed good. The few others ought to be fired and hence this 1 star review.

Rude lady handled the move-out and charged approximately $600 for clean up. Her argument was that "there's no evidence that we did clean" as she picked up a strand of hair from the counter. The funny thing is that we did clean, but the other "managers" didn't remove their shoes while letting 5+ individuals (also with shoes on) visit the suite on a daily basis for 10 days. We have all that on camera by the way. Surely, the clean up fee this high is illegal?

I lived in Novare for about 2.5 years and it was a great experience. Very accessible to skytrain, many amenities within walking distance, schools nearby.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Every holiday there are little gifts for our kids. They responded to every issue quickly.

Horrible customer service. We were told to come to view an apartment and receive information and then the lady just said to come again Tuesday and refused to give us an appointment and hung up. We lived here for two years while we built our home! We really enjoyed the area and the building with friendly staff! I highly recommend Novare. Anytime we had any issues they were dealt with very quickly. - 6 months ago
