I can't say enough of how much this house that was our home for almost 2 years meant to us as a family. We rented the Edgemont Suite. It was so warm and nice, conveniently furnished with everything you will need, it was perfect for us! I really enjoyed my stay at the Chesterfield apartment for a couple of months. The apartment was comfortable, in a great location and had a desk and good wifi for remote working. Location! I rented the Chesterfield apartment for my senior mom & sister for 2 years. It was the best decision. Very comfortable, clean, fully furnished, convenient location, well decorated, all the amenities you need, and close to restaurants and grocery stores (lovely coffee shop across from the entrance). They managed life without owning a car. Alicia and Emilio are kind, caring, responsive, and well organized landlords. This is a 5 star experience.

My partner and I stayed at the Fullerton Ave Condo for a short few months, it was a nice quiet area with good surroundings! This was our first home in Canada, Alicia and Emilio made our transition from Australia easy. Alicia and Emiliano are very nice landlords. My girlfriend and I lived in Fullerton Avenue for 3 months and when we left, they were understanding, quick to help and gave us all deposits back hassle free.

We had no issues with anything whatsoever living there and anytime we had a question they were quick to respond. Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Vancouver to get in touch with them. - 2 years ago
