I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Sarita as my property agent, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the market. Mrs. Sarita took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she showed me was a potential match.
Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed at every step and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, even handling unexpected challenges with ease and confidence.
What truly sets Mrs. Sarita apart is her dedication to her clients. She genuinely cares about finding the perfect home and making sure that her clients are happy with their decisions. Her expertise, combined with her warm and friendly demeanor, made me feel supported and well-guided from start to finish.
I highly recommend Mrs. Sarita to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, and caring property agent. She is truly a gem in the real estate industry! - a month ago | Review by Kristina Miocevic (Rating: 5):
Hello, I've been living in Princeton Place for 5 years and I am more than happy to share my great experience. Building is always super clean, staff in the office Alena and Kamrul are always very helpful and going above and beyond to help with any issues we encounter. Thank you so much. Grear building, great staff, great company. - 2 weeks ago | Review by Mohamadreza M (2327412) (Rating: 1):
If you value your belongings, steer clear of this building. I've had multiple items stolen from the communal storage area, and management has been no help whatsoever. They even had the audacity to remove my storage without permission even though it is against Canadian tenant's law. - 6 months ago | Review by Arash Jafari (Rating: 1):
On the surface, everything seems fine, but once you live here, you realize there are rats that emerge!
Unfortunately, the building management hasn't taken any action to address this issue.
I've been living in this place for two months, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. - 7 months ago | Review by MAHTAB sepehri (Rating: 1):
In the building where we live, there are approximately 100 units, with 5-10 bicycle parking spaces available for residents. However, the building management prohibits parking bicycles on balconies for urban beautification purposes. We urge the administrators to provide adequate bicycle parking facilities, as no reasonable person wishes to occupy their balcony with a bicycle! - 6 months ago
