We've lived here for a year in Fusion Apartment, it's the 1st place that we've lived in as new comer to Canada, and the Fusion Apartment has been amazing! Not because it's perfect and doesn't have issues, but for us, it's been the warmth and care we've received from the management team and their competence in dealing with any issues we've had. We lived at Fusion for over 2 years and we can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. Having spent a year in your appt building we can’t find anything to complain about.
Howie the appt manager was always quick to address any question or concern that arose. She is amazing.
Common areas always clean and well maintained.
Always felt safe and secure while living there.
Really appreciated the dog run on the main floor.

Safety is extremely compromised in this building. Do NOT rent here.

It’s been at least 3 weeks where this building’s fob system doesn’t work (doors/gates won’t respond to fob to open). Apparently the company Centurion doesn’t know how to fix the fob system because “they weren’t the ones who built it”.

The management’s “solution” is to leave all entry doors, exit doors, and garage gates open so people can get in. This means ANYONE can get into the building and parking. Anyone can take the elevator up to any floor.

This is especially dangerous considering Whalley is a high crime area. There has been break-ins in the building and the front gate of this building is all banged up. Every night I have a hard time falling asleep and worry about break-ins.
