I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I must say that M.r rahmani is great. The manager ( M.r hossein rahmani) is incredibly responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns. The apartment itself is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Hossein rahmani (the manager) goes above and beyond to ensure that residents have a positive experience. Whether it was handling maintenance requests or providing helpful information about the area, they were always available and ready to assist. Their professionalism and dedication truly set this place apart.

September 2023 Update: We've spent 2 years at this building before leaving the province, and The Royals have flourished under the new management, lead by Sunaina. Super fast turnaround time for any requests, amenity bookings, and support questions. Very clean and friendly building, all processes and rules are very sensible, and make living here a lovely experience. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for housing in Central Lonsdale, especially those with furry friends. Special thanks to Sunaina for making living here so enjoyable for us all and the move-out process being a breeze. Thank you!
