Be careful if you want to move in !

The Mold had been very serious in the bathroom but they never do remediation. And the manager Jack ‘s attitude is really bad!

Before you move in , they must told you ! How good service they are providing! After you move in. You will find out:

Residents report that basic maintenance is ignored and urgent pleas for repairs are not answered. It is very difficult to find anyone in the office and emails and telephone calls are not returned.

You will note that all of the good reviews are over a year old. Since the new management company has taken over, things have gone dramatically downhill. Residents report that basic maintenance is ignored and urgent pleas for repairs are not answered. It is very difficult to find anyone in the office and emails and telephone calls are not returned. The new company has not even set up a voicemail for the telephone.

Beautiful property but since being taken over by Greystar management (1 star on BBB with nearly 1000 complaints just this year) the place is not worth it. Paying premium price for slum lord style absentee management that quite literally ignores dozens of emails with empty leasing office during posted business hours. Cristina, the manager, is absolutely outstanding. I have lived at Orange Grove Cir. since July of 1997 and she is the best manager the Circle has ever had. Kind, Efficient and true to her word. If something can't be done she says so and if it can she follows through in a timely manner.. During the 9 years that Cristina has been here the property and grounds have vastly improved. OGC was a great place to live, very quiet and serene. Ever since the former property manager, Cristina, left, a large corporate management company has stepped in and things just aren't the same.
