Review by Alison King (Rating: 5): My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Henry. The building is well maintained and spotlessly clean. At times it feels like we're on vacation lying on the pool deck which is far nicer than that of many resorts we've visited. The apartments feature high-end appliances, huge closets, and ample lighting. Sound proofing is excellent; the building is very quiet. There are a host of little extras that add up. As a guest visiting said to me, this was the first apartment complex that he'd seen that had amenities that were actually useful: chilled aromatherapy towels in the gym, still and carbonated water on tap, several ice machines located throughout the building, a fabulous coffee machine that produces a wide variety of espresso beverages (hot and iced) that one actually enjoys drinking, and dog biscuits for pets at the concierge desk to name a few. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly (typically the day that they are placed). The building manager, Jen, is always pleasant and accommodating. The staff are friendly without fail. In the end, all of these factors create a particularly warm ambiance. The Henry has a strong sense of community that I have yet to experience in other buildings. We're sorry to leave but a job change requires relocation. We hope to be back one day. - a year ago

The building has nice layouts with tons of light, an abundance of amenities including a beautiful rooftop pool and the building management and staff are super helpful and run the building exceedingly well. The concierge service and attention of the staff are always one step ahead of your needs. Every person on staff is always incredibly helpful and they go the extra mile for you to have the best experience. I had an amazing experience living there and it was all wonderful from the beginning with Joanna’s eeexceptional help in finding the best apartment for me, the everyday kindness, professionalism, and concierge attention of Alan at the front desk, and the wonderful job and prompt help of Jose with the maintenance of our apartment, all of those details made our experience a very joyous wonderful time - 9 months ago

Review by Palina Antonovich (Rating: 1): Do not waste your time and money in this building. I was a resident there for 2 years. Constantly construction and maintenance in the lobby, non-stop. Very noisy place, resident practically naked walking around in the strings girls, everywhere in the building. Music and parties are non stop. Noon è respects the rules there! Smoking everywhere, cigarettes on my balcony all the time, as well as the dirty water from other residents pouring into your balcony! Just absolute nightmare, living like in a dorm with a bunch of college students who party all the time! Nothing luxury about this building except the price! People park on your spot, constant problems with everything and everywhere! Never felt like home there. Got a call from management requesting to pay for amenities for my mother! She was a resident and on the lease! No one even bothers to check the document before making obnoxious requests! Poor management. Constantly changing concierges, like non stop! No consistency in anything. 1 year later management created a storm water preservation monthly charge which was higher that monthly bill, therefore paying over $75-$80 month just for water. Review by David Chonin (Rating: 5): The Henry is a wonderful place to live. The building is beautifully designed with high-end materials. The apartment units have high ceilings, have amazing sound insulation, and either Samsung or Bosch appliances. The pool area makes me feel like I'm staying at a resort. Having lived in high rises before, it is so refreshing to live in a mid-rise. The amenities are never crowded, and I really like my fellow tenants. Lastly, the staff is very attentive and truly care about the tenant's satisfaction. Shout out to Jen and Seryna in the office and Jose the maintenance man. - - a year ago
