Review by Catherine Magee (Rating: 1): Has been going downhill. I have had bugs in my dishwasher and complained without this being resolved. Also someone was sleeping on the ground in front of his apartment door. Also two elevators this evening are out!

Update - i have had multiple issues and the building management will not work with you if you cannot have "quiet enjoyment" of your living space. I do not recommend new tenants moving in. 1 of the elevators from three weeks ago is still not working. I have posted pictures of person sleeping on the floor, bugs, and the sign for the elevator still out of service. My car was also broken into and i will post that picture as well. The building management will send a long email saying that they "understand your concerns" but that is it. - 3 months ago

The amenities were great and the community has a great location. This community it’s was the best price per square foot by far. I will be applying and look forward to moving in! - 3 months ago
