Ongoing upgrades to keep the building fresh has been nice. A few minor issues that present as is the case with any building of the size, but for the most part staff is solid.

Review by Marcella Pitts (Rating: 5): Hi everyone at Midtown 5 .. my husband and I moved there on a 15 month lease because my business was around the corner. It was so convenient. I was able to walk to work. I was able to walk to target walked to Marshalls. Great happy hours. The building itself gives great events about two times a month and in the office everybody is so nice. They really try to continually upgrade the building, even when you move out, oh my gosh, they’re not astronomically priced. If you need to paint the unit I think like 250. That’s nothing .. if you live in these condos they try to rob you ..Bye Midtown 5 team it was great spending 15 months in the building. My work moved to a new location so we had to move or else I would still be there. Keith, Gabi and Justin are amazing - always helpful, quick to respond to requests and genuinely cared about the residents. They made everything so easy and stress-free.
The application process was simple and I received a very fast response.

I chose this location because it has easy access to the highway and is conveniently located, even during traffic hours.
In just minutes you can reach the Design District, coffee shops, supermarkets, and everything needed for comfortable living.

The building is always clean, smells great in the hallways and lobby, and the amenities are fantastic. There are relaxing pools, big gym, a barbecue zone and many other great spaces to enjoy! - 4 months ago
