Nick, Allison and the whole staff are always very friendly, accommodating and helpful with any requests we have. Apartments are beautiful with tile floors modern finishes and maintenance staff addresses requests very quickly. The property is always kept clean and the amenities are great. Alisson really takes ownership and cares about what she does. We had a problem with the bathroom when we first moved in and it was fixed in less than a day. Very efficient. Great location and neighbors who seem respectful and kind. Not many places took our cat so very happy. Would suggest some changes to how the lease is signed but minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. Very happy we choose The Mile.
Update: Five months in and beyond happy! Santiago is always ready to fix anything that needs replacing. The property is spotless too! Thank you - 8 months ago
