The Manger Tracey who is aware of a serious plumbing issue in the unit since she moved. 30days into living in the unit, the unit has flooded in feces and they have never did anything for her. They only sent a restoration company and said we will relocate you to another apartment and never did or give any reimbursement for damaged property, or anything. Expected her to go through her insurance.
She continues to live there with the same issues and they have never taken action in the situation to have it resolve it. We have minors in the unit which this can lead to health issues.
Have had damaged furniture and no one from Greaystar or 850 living have addressed any of issue other than say you have to relocate. At this point we are forced to contact the local health and housing authorities. Look at the current pics as of 9/24. - 4 months ago
