Every time I need something in my apartment, I put a work order online and it's done on time. The management is very friendly and efficient. The building is close to the highway and the neighborhood is green and quiet. Our apartment is really spacious, comparing to the new buildings in town. In the winter we are very pleased with the apartment temperature, we constantly have 23 degrees, which is perfect for the Canadian winters. - 4 months ago

Admin is quick to respond to requests when they are reasonable and the structure is pretty decent. Its not a new building, but they do renovations here and there. Solid and competent management. The office staff are very nice and accommodating.
