Steliano is the perfect superintendent: courteous; attentive; proactive; hard working and an overall really nice guy. His wife Davida maintains the building spotless which makes it a true pleasure to come home to.

Review by Calder MacLeod (Rating: 4): Just about a year into my lease at building 40. Superintendent is kind and her husband who does maintenance is really helpful. Service requests are fulfilled quickly and fairly. Concierge is also friendly. Elevators are fast but sometimes go out of order. Laundry is $3-$3.5 per wash and $2.25 per dry. Heating and cooling (a/c) only works for a few months out of the year. Overall the price is decent for the sq. ft. you get and it’s a great location. Can’t go wrong. Just know it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect it to be like one. - 3 years ago
