Review by Enerio Rodriguez (Rating: 5): The rental process at 40 Pleasant Boulevard was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Funke’s support. She was professional, helpful, and always available to answer questions. The moving in process feels easier with her assistance—highly recommend! - 3 months ago
Review by Sergio Martinez (Rating: 5): We moved into 40 Pleasant Blvd Unit 1101 on May 15th and I have to say that Steliano has been extremely helpful in making our transition to our new home feel seamless. Steliano is the perfect superintendent: courteous; attentive; proactive; hard working and an overall really nice guy. His wife Davida maintains the building spotless which makes it a true pleasure to come home to.
We are very grateful to have Steliano and Davida taking such good care of all the tenants at 40 Pleasant Blvd - 6 months ago
Review by André & Fernando (Rating: 5): Huge shoutout to Staliano for being our hero in finding our sweet new spot in this building! We were on a tight schedule, and Staliano was there for us every step of the way.
This guy knows his stuff inside out. He made house hunting a breeze with his insider tips and always being available for us. Seriously, he's like a ninja.
Oh, and did I mention how awesome this building is? It's super clean, organized, and the neighbors are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Thanks to Staliano, we're now living the dream in our new home. Thanks a million, Staliano, you're the best! - 8 months ago
Review by Elnaz Najafi (Rating: 1): Leasing agent is horrible. Wasted my time. She was supposed to call me days back and still no news. Very bad experience! - 5 months ago
Review by Calder MacLeod (Rating: 4): Just about a year into my lease at building 40. Superintendent is kind and her husband who does maintenance is really helpful. Service requests are fulfilled quickly and fairly. Concierge is also friendly. Elevators are fast but sometimes go out of order. Laundry is $3-$3.5 per wash and $2.25 per dry. Heating and cooling (a/c) only works for a few months out of the year. Overall the price is decent for the sq. ft. you get and it’s a great location. Can’t go wrong. Just know it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect it to be like one. - 3 years ago
