Review by Sudarshan Balachandran (Rating: 1): We lived here for a year and half and had a great experience till recently. Love the neighborhood and the proximity to downtown San Mateo. Had also recommended the place to a bunch of our friends. The maintenance staff is also great. Only issue we faced was post move out where we were treated very unprofessionally. We were slapped with a bunch of random charges post move out despite us doing a professional cleaning . Soon after they made those charges they started to bombard us with a bunch of emails threatening to transfer our case to collections that too for $140.
