Spacious, well maintained, with great light and a balcony. The building is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right between San Carlos and Redwood City. The management company, MNM, was very responsive and accommodating to our needs throughout our time here. We left to move out of state; otherwise, we would have stayed! - 2 years ago

Review by Kristin Good (Rating: 5): I lived at Arlington apartments for 3 years and loved my experience. I had a two bedroom, two bathroom top floor corner unit and it was incredibly quiet. All the apartments have been renovated and mine had 2 walk in closets. The management team is great and were always quick to accommodate. The only reason we left was because we bought a house nearby. Review by Devyani Kulkarni (Rating: 1): Lived here for a little over a month. I don’t think we slept peacefully for a single night. The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and would wake us up at 6am or earlier every morning. The apartments walls are quite thin and you can hear every footstep from the upstairs unit. Kris and Fernando at the management office were very helpful with the issue though.

Moreover, neighbors love to throw loud parties by the pool on the weekends.

Stay away from this place if you are noise sensitive and love your peace and quite time. - 3 years ago
