Review by Ange “justotaku” Lowrey (Rating: 1): This complex used to be a good place. If you contacted the leasing office with a problem it would be fixed the same day. Staff were always helpful with answering questions walking around the property and speaking with neighbors.

Now, it's the opposite of what it used to be. No one ever picks up the phone and they have limited the hours for visiting the leasing office. The new door system they have installed doesn't always work and has caused people to be locked out of the complex. I have seen our elderly neighbors locked out and needing help getting into the complex. Packages are always thrown in the lobby and no one from the leasing office helps lock them away. The previous property manager would visit the lobby and put away packages to prevent them from being stolen. This no longer happens which has caused packages to be stolen or missing. They refuse to do anything regarding neighbors who smoke even though this is a smoke-free community.

I don't recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live. Looking to hopefully move once our lease ends. - a month ago

The view was absolutely beautiful, the balcony was spacious, and the pool and hot tub were very clean and nice to use. The interior of the apartment was spacious and well-organized. Any help needed gets responded to expeditiously. Kathy and Michael were very hard workers that stood out and brought a smile to my face and brightened my visit. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I hope to stay again sometime soon. - 4 months ago

Review by Sam Billings (Rating: 2): The apartments are nice but the property managers are horrible. Espcially the lady, Aylet Torres is the worst. If you mention the difficulties that you are facing she will just say not our problem figure it out. She takes weeks to take action on something faulty at the apartments. Apart from her management skills she is just a bad person. Everything else is fine with the community. I miss the days when Ken and Kiara were managing the proprty. - 2 months ago

The management changes every month and before they get their bearings, someone new would be in the office. Rent has been steadily increasing. The office is very helpful to anything I need, and the maintenance staff is amazing! Especially Mike!! He went above and beyond for us!!
