Always very kind, helpful and a career person at Wsb properties as she was promoted to the regional manager position and way past due. Laurie takes care of her tenants in a way that treats you like family. Wsb properties is extremely well managed, at the helm is Will the accountant, this man is caring, thoughtful and very respectful to everyone. I think I have lived on farm hill Redwood city for approximately 6-7 years. Price right, close to 280 -and forgot to mention the maintenance staff is top notch. Always speedy fast to your requests and always top quality work. Lastly, we have beautiful friendly deer that walk around the property freely and happy. Its their home too. Review by patrick nemah (Rating: 1): If I could give a negative star I would, this is the absolute worst apartment management company ever! I currently live in an apartment building they took over years ago, I have lived here for 10 years, since they came in the ran everyone out so they could increase rent! They harassed people and make living here so uncomfortable just so you can moved out. My refrigerator stopped working and they replaced it with an old one that stopped working also. The maintenance people don’t know how to fix anything. I literally saw the maintenance guy YouTube how to fix a refrigerator, like I couldn’t do that myself! They work on apartments doing remodels after hours without permits and on weekends and I know for a fact because I looked up their permits. Few months ago the apartment manager marisela texted me “Patrick your inspection for move out is schedule for this date” and I asked her when did I tell you I was moving out? And her response was oh my bad I thought you were. I still have those texts that’s how much they wanted me out, I was the last original tenant in their building, no problem, no noise, never late for rent in 10 years, the only problem is that I’m paying less rent than everyone because of rent control. Finally, after a long day of work I came home to a notice on my door saying “we are revoking your parking” for absolutely no reason and that was my final straw. So yes they winning moving out and I know for a fact I can forget my deposit with these thieves. Horrible horrible company! RUN THE OTHER WAY I PROMISE YOU! I CAN’T EVEN SAY EVERYTHING I HAD TO GO THROUG ON HERE BUT I’M WEIGHING MY LEGAL OPTIONS ONCE I LEAVE ! …..the carbon dioxide alarm went off multiple times while I was asleep in the middle of the night I had to leave! Marisela the apartment manager told me to change they batter and when it didn’t work they literally came and left me an extra alarm and battery! I also have the text for that! Review by Yuriy Kovalek (Rating: 5): I moved out of 524 E Maude Ave, Sunnyvale a few days ago because I'm moving out of state, otherwise I'd have continued the lease. The rent is great compared to the market, and they report your payments to credit bureaus if you wish. The owners are good folks and I never had any problems with them, they promptly responded to all of my requests, and I'm happy about all my interactions with them. The on-property manager, Kristin, was great, and handled issues efficiently. - 5 years ago

Review by Lohit Myneedu (Rating: 5): I seriously considered a unit at 1654 Dwight Way managed by WSB Properties and while I ended up choosing another unit, Sonia was really helpful and came to show me the unit a second time after I'd viewed it during the open house the prior day. The property was older but looked really clean and well managed. From my limited Interaction, I would 100% recommend their management to residents. - a year ago

Review by Amanda Lee (Rating: 5): I would recommend the Maude Gardens apartment complex and property management company to anyone looking to rent in the South Bay. The complex is close to Central Expressway and minutes away from 101 Highway and downtown Sunnyvale. There are also nearby tech shuttle stops.

Maude Gardens was safe and quiet (sometimes at night you can hear neighborhood dogs barking). During my time there, they were renovating the building to include a front door with call box for more security, added a gym, and swapped out the swimming pool for a patio with grill.

The on site manager, Kristin, was super helpful and accommodating with the move in, answering any questions we had. The general manager, Ben, was quick and responsive with any concerns we had as well. Last winter, our heater pilot light went out, and Ben and maintenance manager, Leo, took care of it the next day.

This company was very professional and I appreciate the reasonable price of rent. - 5 years ago
