Review by Naomie P (Rating: 5): We moved in on short notice. The move in process was very easy. They were very helpful. A very beautiful, spacious place to live and my first Apartment! Good luck! - in the last week
Review by Gina Montano (Rating: 5): My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-kept. I feel comfortable and at home here, and the rent is reasonable for the area, which makes it even better. One of the best parts is how peaceful the complex is. The grounds are always well-kept, and I love that this site has a laundry facility next to the leasing office. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my living situation here. It’s a clean and well-managed place that I’m proud to call home. I highly recommend Ardella at Reche Canyon to anyone looking for a great place to live - 3 months ago
Review by Antionette Salgado (Rating: 1): This whole management is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money. Tammy Personally called me regarding my last review and I was dumb enough to delete it thinking she was going to help. My family lawyer will be helping me file a claim due to the management team not sending the deposit within 21 calendar days as stated in California state law. They also failed to provide a written explanation as to why there were deductions taken out from our deposit. In addition, we signed our very first lease stating we paid $1,500 for our deposit but Gina and Tammy both don’t really know what we paid. We are being told “I think this is what happened” because the previous office manager Mayra typed up our ledger so they don’t really know what happened and what we paid. The lease is a legal document and was signed by Mayra and all tenants. The ledger was typed out wrong. Lastly, we were over charged for our parking by $500 over the course of almost a year and we didn’t even get that money back. - 3 months ago
Review by Syble Smith (Rating: 4): We've changed management more times than I can count. The current office manager, Gina, and Randy are wonderful. Michael, the groundskeeper, is very helpful. I do feel the groundskeeper could use more help. - 2 weeks ago
Review by Jazmine (Rating: 1): If I could give 0 stars, I would. Living here has made me so miserable that I’ve had to seek help from a psychologist. I deeply regret advising my fiancé to renew this lease. Since moving in, we’ve experienced someone breaking into our car, severe mold/mildew, and dealing with roaches. When we first moved in, the mold was so bad we had to throw away several items, and it’s now even affected our mattress.. Despite numerous complaints, the mold issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the flooring in our apartment kept rising up. We’ve requested repairs multiple times, but they’ve only made a poor attempt at fixing it, and it’s still not resolved. Despite cleaning nearly every day, the roaches keep coming back. We also pay extra fees for security cameras that don’t work. The management is always changing and extremely unprofessional.
Today, 8/28, I saw the new manager in the office and she deliberately avoided me by using the back exit when I approached to the office doors. I’ve also heard complaints from others about favoritism, which adds to the frustration. We tried to break our lease, and Tammy’s response was to demand double the rent plus the remaining rent, which isn’t mentioned anywhere in the lease agreement. Why would we pay that when nothing is fixed or addressed properly? To top it off, I came home today (8/28) to a strong chemical smell (like bug spray) with no prior notice about pest control, which is particularly concerning because we have our baby and pet living with us.
I deeply regret rushing into this lease without reading previous reviews. Avoid these apartments at all costs. The management is clearly beyond unprofessional and fails to address tenant concerns effectively. - 5 months ago
