Any problems we ever had were dealt with in a timely manor and we have never enjoyed renting anywhere more than here. Tommy lee is very kind and goes above and beyond for his tenants. The owner is not a slum lord like the ones we’ve dealt with in past he makes sure the property is clean and we never had any pest issues or bug problems. Truly a great place to live. A neighborhood of beautiful homes are near the area as well as plenty of apartments on campus. If you need help getting around the area people are nice and willing to guide you about.Around you are many places that are walking distance. Review by Joseph Kim (Rating: 5): Lived here with my wife for 2 yrs between 2017 and 2019 for residency at LLU. Overall an excellent place for students/residents. Tommylee, the property manager is on site and has helped us out with numerous maintenance requests (replaced a broken water heater within a day). Online payment portal for rent and maintenance requests is clean and easy to use. Also, this was only one of the few places that allowed for pets. And I couldn't get thru residency with my dog.
