Hannah is extremely responsive via email and always follows through . Carlos the maintenance man is AMAZING! always such a great attitude and he's super attentive! Even when we see him outside of work he's so friendly and always willing to help. This place is extremely clean, the garbage man comes 2/3 times a week. They are constantly cleaning, i have NEVER seen any critters inside or apartment. They do apt check ins every 6 months and change out our air filters. The amenities are GREAT! They have multiple laundry rooms, a dog park, dog stations with complimentary baggies, huge pool and jacuzzi. Luxer lockers, gym. So much! I truly love the convenience of the location right off the major freeways. I 10/10 recommend the landing - 4 weeks ago

In the office, Irma and Hannah are still so friendly and are always there to help when I need it. Here are two of the maintenance people I know, and they're amazing! When they come in and fix something, I feel comfortable. The apartment complex has many amenities like laundry rooms, a dog park, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ area, etc..plus it's close to the freeway. Management is the best, Irma and Hannah are very efficient, they are very kind and helpful with addressing your needs. The maintenance team rocks! Ricardo, Carlos and Miquel, they are the hardest working team I know, they are very professional, their response time is great and they do everything with great care and respect. The landing has so many new renovations like the dog park, landscaping, and BBQ areas! It’s always so clean and Irma and Hannah in the office are still so friendly and helpful! I always refer my friends and family to live here!
