Review by Ana Gonzalez (Rating: 1): My car has been broken into four times and the manager doesn’t do anything about it. We have an ongoing joke with anyone that comes visit and says “the gate is broken AGAIN?” We say that it’s broken because the washing machines work because if it’s not one thing it’s the other. They charge for a parking permit but so many cars don’t have one so there’s never parking spots open. The elevator is SKETCHY, definitely pray a little prayer before you get in because if it’s not all the way broken and out of service, the ride is not gonna be smooth and your heart will skip a couple of beats. The staff is so rude, and don’t know how to communicate. They’re never open, they’ve even taken their hours out on Google because they just randomly choose when the office is open. The apartment is spacious and that’s why we’ve stayed so long, but the new rent is not worth it. Nothing in the apartment works, I feel like things are being held together by Elmer’s glue or something. The fire alarm doesn’t work, the sliding door is always broken even though we’ve asked them to fix it, half of the screens on every apartment I’ve seen is off because they’re so cheap. Our fridge is broken, the oven light doesn’t work, the vinyl floor is so cheap and uneven (as in there are dips in our floor), and they turn the water off very very often. Again, the only reason we stayed is because our rent was so cheap but we looked at how much it costs now and we would never pay that much to live here. If you can spare a few more dollars to go somewhere safer (especially if you have kids) and actually functioning, please do. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. We’re literally downsizing and looking for one bedroom apartments for us and our baby that cost more just to get out of here. I suggest you look somewhere else before prices go up too high at places that are worth living in. - a year ago

Review by Daniella Nuno (Rating: 1): I've been living here for a year because rent was cheap but now they raised it from $900 to 1,200 (they raise it every few months). My car's been towed twice because they didn't see my pass. The two girls that work in the main office are super lazy they told me to fix my button for the gate on my own but I went back a few months later and they finally gave me a new one. My apartment got flooded and they wouldn't send someone to fix it until 2 days later. It's kind of dirty and don't swim in the pool! Last night I was walking to my car and there was a dead rat or something in there and it was HUGE. - 7 years ago

Review by Rock N Roller (Rating: 5): My name is Nick and I've been living here for 3 years now and I have no complaints. This place is quiet, clean, pet friendly, I have great Neighbors both on the side of me and bottom of me. The manager Denise is very helpful respectful friendly and is always there for me if I have any issues . By fair the best manager I have had and I had some really bad Management on my old apartments - 5 years ago

Review by Rosa Evelyn Aguado (Rating: 5): I have been living here for three years and I got to say these apartments are pretty good my car has never been broken into and no one has taken my laundry I know you're going to see a lot of comments that say that but for me that has never happening within the three years I've been living here. management is very respectful very helpful especially Denise Alvarado and is always there when I need them to be - 5 years ago

Review by Jay Cee (Polo) (Rating: 5): I live here it's been a year now so far I love it. I have 2 dog's. For the user with the pets. They are pet friendly only thing you need is a Dr. note saying that those dogs are therapy dogs and with that you don't have to pay the deposit. I didn't get the note from my Dr that's why I had to pay it the deposit . But you can have dog's on any floor as long as you get that note from your Dr. I hope this helps out for future residents. - 7 years ago
