They were super efficient in getting my aproval done before I had to leave my previous rental. They went above and beyond to help me with my needs even getting me the numbers I needed to turn on my utilities. I cosigned for my son, who had rented and never had bad credit and still I cosigned with AMAZING credit when they said we'd have to "apply and do the deposit through "theGuarantors" for $1595!! at which point, I should have done my homework because WE DON'T GET A DIME BACK - BEWARE - ITS A BOND FOR THE APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!! then from the moment he moved in water was shut off mid shower more than one occasion with a notice coming hours later, multiple other times water was shut off, almost weekly at times, our electric bill was astronomical due to the thermostat not working properly - being told he would be charged for "1" person for sewer, water, trash and later that they do it differently; and lets begin with the SEVERAL WORK ORDERS for an ac unit that ran like a faucet to the point I could see mold and rust, the wall, door and flooring being destroyed and pots attempting to catch all the water and puddles he would jump over to get to the bathroom and hall until I paid over 3k to terminate the lease and pay a pro-rated lease all to be told we are burnt on the "BOND" we needed to but which again was explained as a third party deposit that holds it (should have read the fine print). girlfriends car being broken into, multiple emails and phone calls gone unanswered. the list goes on and on and on. I have rented 10-15 apartments in my lifetime and NEVER have I seen such unprofessionalism, low quality, distrust when it comes to deposits and feeling taken advantage of. STAY AWAY - a week ago

Review by Justin K (Rating: 1): After the tour I applied right away and got denied even though I make 3x the rent by myself without my wife, they suggested we go through a 3rd party to “maybe” get approved but you would have to drop about 1500 that’s non refundable and can’t guarantee you’ll get the place. ON TOP OF THAT PAY FOR THE DEPOSIT AND RENT ONCE APPROVED.
I’ve never heard such a thing, don’t bother applying , don’t bother wasting your time because the office doesn’t answer their phones. The management is terrible. Overall I think it’s a scam to mainly get more money out of you even after you paid applications fee and the 250 deposit. From the second party you’re applying on Don’t get your hopes up, their units aren’t like their pictures. Rooms are small. The maintenance is low. Overprice for nothing - 5 months ago
