My fridge just went out on Christmas Day and Aslan came to fix it. Mind you he lives off premise, 45 min away. This is the second time he’s responded to one of my emergency maintenance requests and has gotten here as quickly as he can. An absolute gem. The current management has been great as well. They’ve taken immense initiative to keep this property safe and are very responsive, caring, and communicative. I appreciate the work being done here! - 2 months ago

Review by Alexander Dijak (Rating: 4): I lived here from June 2021 until July of 2023. Overall my experience here was mostly great. I had a great view of the pool on the 4th floor and maintenance was very helpful when I needed them. This place did transition to different management while I was here and the one negative aspect about that was security regarding packages I ordered. One got stolen while I was gone and one almost got stolen but got returned to the front desk when the person probably didn't end up wanting my item and just probably said they grabbed it by "mistake". I hope that's not currently an issue here going forward from my departure in mid 2023. Overall, not a bad place. Maybe a little more care with packages ordered by residents but other than that my experience was solid. - a month ago

Review by Harrison Phillips (Rating: 5): I decided to tour the Bridge at Henley the second week of July. I was finally able to afford to live in a complex like this. A mix of nerves combined with excitement came over me. This was my number one choice for prospective apartments to move into. Upon arrival, I was greeted with friendly smiles and positive vibes. Julie Auyeung, the Assistant Community Director, showed me around and answered my questions. After submitting my application, it only took a couple of days to find out I was approved. Julie held my hand every step of the way. She answered my emails promptly, and now I am privileged to say I move into my new apartment in less than a week. I'm super pumped and grateful for this opportunity. I plan on living here for the next 2-3 years. For the first time in a long time, I will have a home that I will feel proud of every time I return. He came promptly, explained what had happened, and fixed everything perfectly. Now everything works flawlessly! He even showed me how to turn the lights back on if it happens again.
