When I brought up an issue related to safety in the community, they kept me updated throughout the process and worked diligently to resolve it. Their commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents was evident.
I appreciate their efforts to ensure that community policies are enforced and that residents feel supported. It’s great to live in a place where management prioritizes both safety and resident well-being.

The location is another huge plus! The Grove Apartments are in an amazing area, just minutes from downtown, offering both convenience and a peaceful living environment.

Review by Margaret Dickinson (Rating: 4): Overall Korina has been a good place to live. It's clean, the location is fantastic, and the neighborhood and park are really wonderful for walking and spending time with friends and neighbors. Another big plus is that the maintenance team always responds really quickly to work requests and are very professional and kind. The apartments are comfortable and the finishes in the units are great.

However, given the cost of rent there are a couple of things that make living here a bit of a challenge. One is that each resident is only given a single key fob to the building and their unit when they move in unless they pay more than $200 for a second set. There is an app you can use as a back up but it goes down all the time.

Two, there is a lot of outside noise early in the morning from the constant construction going on and the outside maintenance (they always seem to start blowing the sidewalks off at 7am).

Three, it's really hard to have guests come and visit even just for a bit. There's very limited street parking and we have no way to validate parking in the parking garages. Most evenings the gates are open and the parking is free but that is not always the case. There is also no way to let people into the building without coming down to get them yourself.

Finally, the front office staff while professional is not very friendly. Jack always made a real effort to get to know the residents and was really friendly but he left recently for a new job. Since then, the staff barely look up when I enter the office and say nothing to me if they notice I am just there to get a treat for my dog. Given how much we pay in rent, it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect them to at least be friendly when we stop in. - a month ago

Review by Morgan Agnew (Rating: 5): We lived at Korina for 3 years and really enjoyed it. It was brand new when we moved in and by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in, but still affordable. The location is great, very convenient since it’s close to Mopac and many restaurants. We love the neighborhood. It feels very safe and it’s walkable. The parks are nice, but I wish they had a fenced in dog park. We loved our view of downtown from the top floor. We had nice granite countertops and the washer/dryer included was great. The pool and the gym were nice too and the maintenance crew was great. The market downstairs is very convenient, although the restaurants that have opened up are too expensive. Sometimes they have food trucks come by which is cool. There has been construction going on next door on a huge assisted living facility which can be noisy, but nothing anyone can do about that until it's done. Overall we really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it! - 4 months ago

It has a spectacular location, its view of the surroundings is incredible, its staff is wonderful, especially the maintenance guys, who have the ability to resolve everything very quickly.
