She was amazing and very helpful considering I did everything virtually since I moved from another state and was unable to tour the property in person.

Update: WARNING
I’ve now been here for a month and want to leave. My car was broken into and completely stolen on a Saturday night around 9pm. Not even the dead of night. The thief or thieves hit someone else’s car on the way out. Security here seems to be lacking and I do feel unsafe. Though the office receptionist was cooperative, hopefully more measures will be put in place so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This place could use more surveillance and patrol. I am very anxious about how the rest of my time here will be. - 3 weeks ago

Review by Eric Hwang (Rating: 1): Incredibly invasive and unreasonable application requirements. They will contact all previous places you have lived in the last 5 years and ask for leases and ledgers which is not normal for apartment complexes of similar caliber. I have lived in 4 other apartment communities and have never had to deal with this. You would think you’re applying to the Upper East side in NYC for a top floor unit with these policies.

Expect to wait for a very long time on a decision. They will attempt to contact every previous place you’ve lived and if they can’t get a hold of one, you will be denied, without a refund on your application fee. This is not explicitly explained in the rental agreement on the application. - a month ago

Review by Samuel Guevara (Rating: 1): Very dangerous apartments to live in. They break into the cars often and steal them or take your belongings. The front office will not install new cameras or do anything about it knowing very well that they are having issues constantly.

The front gate doesn't keep away unknown people from entering, anything outside of your apartment is in danger. - 2 weeks ago

The residents seem responsible and front desk staff were helpful from start to finish.
