Review by Kara Kenny (Rating: 5): As a real estate & construction executive and someone who has been to fortunate enough to travel around the world, let me tell you that the Solomon is hands-down the best luxury home building I’ve ever come across.

First, the staff in the leasing office are bar-none the best corporate employees in real estate that I’ve encountered. From the moment I spoke to Eddie C., he made my team and I feel as if we were the only residents in the building. We felt seen , heard, and he made us feel special, which is not an easy thing to do. The entire leasing office makes you feel like your a family and if I could hire/clone them all for my own personal benefit I would. I moved in a few months ago and I honestly have a busy life, but the amenities and the community here make me feel, as if I never want to leave. So many elegant touches!!

Also, I work a lot and the hours sometimes can be difficult and this building is so soundproof. I have tried and tested and it is an extra element of privacy and respect that you just can’t find anywhere else. The gym is nicer than any Lifetime Equinox , Barry’s here in Texas and the residents are all on the same path - one of success and health. The building seems designed for residents who want to capitalize on Austin’s successful corporate culture.

The pool and sky lounge are HUGE selling points for any resident to use to their advantage. The courtyard and landscape architecture rivals any Four Seasons Hotel in the south. It is so brilliant! The building just has a pulse to it and I honestly see myself being here for a minute - grandiose one at that!

Oh and the parking garage ….finally a building that understands you shouldn’t have to think about your life insurance policy and take a Xanax each time you pull-in and out of a garage. I didn’t know if I would ever see such a thing in my lifetime and l did and I have. The zippy resident garage door is just the appetizer to the much appreciated wide angled turns in spacious garage. Plus, the top floor has lovely view of the sunrise. Fav place we have rooted thus far from Chicago, Palm Beach, London & Aspen. Having lived here for almost a year, I can confidently say that their dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made my experience nothing short of excellent.

Norisha is an outstanding manager who truly cares about the well-being of every resident. She is always approachable, listens attentively to any concerns, and ensures issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Her leadership has created a welcoming and supportive community where residents feel valued. Whether it’s maintaining the property, organizing events, or simply being available to chat, Norisha’s positive energy shines through.

Eddie's friendly demeanor and clear communication stood out, and even now, nearly a year later, he continues to check in and ensure residents are happy. It’s evident that Eddie is passionate about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.

I’m so thankful to be part of this community, especially during a time when it’s clear that many apartment complexes struggle to maintain high standards. Norisha and Eddie go above and beyond, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. I’m grateful for the sense of home and belonging they’ve helped foster here, and I highly recommend Solomon to anyone looking for a place where the management team genuinely cares.

Carlos and Jorge, the maintenance team, are very attentive to the community and are always glad to help solve any issues that may arise. Also, very much grateful for both Erica and Eddie, our leasing team! It has been a busy season at Solomon as a brand new build. However, I've seen them stay late to ensure they are serving Solomon residents and future ones too! They do great events, they take the time to know you by name. Know your fur babies by name and just really make me and my little family feel so welcome each time.
