She knew so much about the building and made it easy for us to choose this place as our home. Ryan the concierge greeted my fiancé and I when we arrived. She was so sweet. Kelly and Morgan made the application process very smooth and provided excellent communication. We are moving in soon and are excited to call this place our home. My experience at Gables Republic Square has been out of this world and I highly recommend taking a look here if you are looking in the downtown area.

Review by Deborah Thorn (Rating: 5): I just moved to the Gables Republic Square. Kelly really went the extra mile to ensure I found the right apartment under a very tight turnaround. So far, everyone has been extremely kind and the amenities are beautiful. I love my apartment as if does not feel cookie cutter but a thoughtful and well designed space. I am loving walking everywhere as it is a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and convenient stores and just a short walk to Lady Bird Lake. I recommend the Gables Republic Square if you are looking to move downtown! - 8 months ago
