Review by Kellie Ann (Rating: 5): Newer to Austin I looked at a dozen or so buildings downtown. Gables Park Tower is a standout property compared to the others in terms of location and design. The amenities are high quality and designed well. The building sells itself but I must say Rendell was a huge part of me deciding on this property. He is so welcoming and such a joy to work with. When you are new to a city it really makes a difference how the apartment showing is handled. He is so good! Many other apartment showings were ‘eh’ in terms of the leasing agents. And it continues once you move in. The concierge team is outstanding. Desiree is 100% top bar quality as well and very welcoming! She can deal with any issue the right way basically. It’s just classy here. The building is maintained better then most which has to be mentioned. Work orders are responded immediately and a personal touch by maintenance just adds to the overall experience here. - 5 months ago

The amenities were top-notch from the fitness center to pool area. The community vibe was equally great.

Rendell, who conducted the tour, was exceptional. His knowledge of the property and its features was thorough, and his friendly demeanor made the experience both informative and enjoyable. Review by Carson Li (Rating: 5): We have been trying to get into Gables Park Tower for the better part of a year. I recently toured again and had a great experience, thanks to Rendell. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and gave us a detailed overview of the building's amenities and features, taking the time to answer all our questions and provide thoughtful insights about the community and surrounding area. The apartments themselves are stunning, with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and fantastic views. Unfortunately, there wasn't availability for the building (seems like constantly 95%+ occupied and makes sense why so popular) so we weren't able to rent this cycle. Maybe next year! - 5 months ago

Review by Alphonsus (Rating: 5): The property in a great location; walking distance to the lake, 2 grocery stores, UPS/Office Max for fedex, whole food for amazon returns, dog parks, some units with river views, room high ceilings, property well maintained. Price like most rent in area and for some people sensitive to noise it is located next to railroad track may drop it to 4 stars. Rendell, community manager and Lydia, conceiege manager are responsive and helpful. Moving out of state after 3 years... will miss them and Gables Park Tower - 3 weeks ago

They are all so very friendly, respectful, and immediately address your issues... always bringing resolution to any problem (which are few).
