I had the pleasure of living at 737 Carnarvon St Apartments for two years, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home in this well-maintained and inviting community.

The apartments at 737 Carnarvon St are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed and the layout of the rooms provides the perfect balance of privacy and open living space. The building itself is always clean and well-kept, with amenities that include a fantastic gym, a relaxing lounge area, and secure parking.

One of the most notable aspects of living here is the outstanding management, particularly Sylvia. Sylvia is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. She is always available to address any concerns promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy. Always simply greeting you with a smile, Sylvia truly makes 737 Carnarvon St a wonderful place to live.

The location is also a huge plus – right in the heart of nw downtown, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transit. Despite being in such a central location, the building is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The caretaker/landlords are 2 of the best landlords i've ever had the privilege of having. Why? Because they care. Like with all their hearts.
LLs these days just do the bare necessity and no one cares anymore. Our landlords are awesome. First they cleaned up the building and the lobby looks homey now instead of the empty space that greeted us before. Then our building has challenges as there is a safe injection site across the way which can attract objectionable individuals. They treated our building as a flop house. No longer. They have moved on due to the constant presence and vigilance of our landlords. Repairs are done quickly and service and maintenance are proactive rather than reactive. Should the latter occur, lines of communication are always open. Sylvia (the spelling may be incorrect) even organizes ice cream socials with free ice cream. I don't have enough superlatives to describe them using the English language, so all I can say is thank you so much. Ive seen at least 6 landlords and you care more than all of them put together. I've seen so many improvements since they have began working in the building - from cleanliness to information for tenants on upcoming events. I feel well taken care of.
