I stayed in a condo managed by this company from January - June 2024. The staff are incredibly helpful and working with them was a delight. Having been through a stressful home flooding incident, they were exactly the people I needed to settle comfortably in a temporary home.

Any problems that you experience will be communicated quickly between office staff and on-site technicians to get you the assistance you need.

My only constructive criticism was I wish the kitchen had better outfitted, specifically the knives were dull from the start and at least one non-stick pan would have been appreciated. But maybe we cook more than the usual clients. What really makes this company stand out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was great. Edison was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had. I want to especially thank Sally, the Guest Experience Manager. She was a fantastic communicator, always professional and personable. We had to work with a very difficult restoration company that caused many issues in communicating needed extensions, but Sally was always so patient through that stressful process.
