The apartment itself has exceeded my expectations: it’s spotless and thoughtfully designed with high ceilings and a smart layout. I also love the luxurious shower, which is spacious with excellent water pressure and makes daily routines a pleasure. One of my favorite perks is being on the same floor as the amenities, so the gym and cardio area are right outside my door and always clean. The entire building smells fresh and feels like a five-star resort, making coming home truly enjoyable.

What really sets this community apart is the team’s unwavering responsiveness and their tech-savvy services. They offer a convenient app for things like paying rent or submitting maintenance requests, making day-to-day life incredibly easy. Jacques in leasing was great with the application process, Damon (the super) did the move in walk through which he made easy and smooth. I can always look forward to a warm welcome at the front desk (shoutout to Johnathan and Elyssa). Everyone here is just so warm and inviting. Review by Ranon (Rating: 4): This apartment definitely has proper management that ensures proper rules are followed for the safety and comfort of all residences, as well as extremely quick maintenance (never had to wait past 24 hours with reasonable issues).

I have been here for a couple years now, and who stand out are John, Angelica, Damon and Mac. They are amazing at supporting everyone with everything that one may need. They are genuinely friendly and comfortable to talk to, which makes you feel like you belong here, so striking up a casual conversation is no problem here.

The only con I have is during pool season, they have biweekly water aerobics early in the morning of the inner courtyard with very loud music or very occasionally, have kids running around loudly at 10am. So depending on your sleep/work schedule, this is something to keep in mind. - 3 weeks ago
