Review by Mauro Alvarado (Rating: 1): I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. If I could give it negative stars I would. Apartment complex is nice and new, but management does not care about you and only see you as a way to make more money. There are so many small infractions for which they will charge you a fee. I lost my key on a weekend and there is a $100 fee to get a key replacement, plus an additional $100 just so they could let me into my apartment. Apartment doors automatically lock right behind you so I cannot go out of my apartment, to even use the apartment amenities, while I wait for the new key to arrive (which could take a few days) because I will have to pay the fee to be let back in. When talking to management they tell you that is the way the system works and that they cannot do anything about it. This is just one example that shows how they do not care about you and will try to take as much money from you as they can. - 8 months ago

Emil in particular really took care of us - we always saw him working hard to keep the property running smoothly. He’s a real asset. The concierges are kind. The gym is great. The shuttle has gotten much better. Gebeth, our original leasing agent, was also very responsive and kind. We’ll miss living here. - a year ago

I walked into 100 house as a walk-in, I initially met Makisha and she was so helpful. With no agents available to assist at the moment as everyone had scheduled appointments, she was able to assist me right away. She took me around the property and answered all of my many questions. She continued to follow up after the tour to see if I had any questions, and when I would be willing to make a decision . My search in Jersey City stopped due to a job relocation out of the state but if I ever come back to the New Jersey/New York area, I’ll definitely make the enclave collection my first stop pick. - a year ago
