I had breath taking view that never got old but what was just as difficult to leave was the exceptional building staff. The doormen —Michael, Tomas, Kemai & Chi are all welcoming faces to come home to and always go out of their way to be of service. The entire staff including the porters & our amazing Super exude a level of professionalism & care for every resident. They keep the building safe by never allowing any food deliveries or guests slip by them without being granted your permission prior. In 9 years, I have had 3 simple maintenance requests - one being my AC going out on 4th of July, which the super Gazmend showed up happily to quickly fix within 15min of me putting in the maintenance request! I have never had a package lost or stolen. The building is clean daily, I’ve never seen an ant much less anything else. During Covid the building still kept the same level of service with the doormen still serving 24/7 and keeping the roof deck open. The Property managers are in the building and available to answer any questions. Very few buildings provide an experience that make you feel at home but kudos 60 Water for making mine great. - 3 months ago

Carla, Chi, Michael, Thomas all the maintenance and porters, fantastic. I’d assume Two Trees to be lucky to have Carla in the office and the other folks at the concierge desk. And I can’t forget about Tony in the main office for all of Two Trees. It’s quite frankly why I keep staying -staff are fantastic and very attentive with actual results. - a year ago

Review by Star Alex (Rating: 5): Honestly, really really beautiful spot. Some rooms have floor to ceiling windows, and massive terraces. Gorgeous. The rooftop is also some outdoor wonderland. Most importantly, would like to shout out Vasilije who showed us this place. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around a great guy! Working with Two Trees was an awesome experience. The apartments appeared very high end with amazing views. The gym and the shared outdoor roof space outstanding. I did not lease a unit because I was looking on behalf of someone who was not ready to decide, but I was inclined very favorably toward the building and the location. - 2 years ago

Review by Hamilton Paul (Rating: 1): Shady business practices, beware. I approached this building for a studio however upon reaching out they then try to play change up on and act like I'm a tourist coming to rent. Please.

No real NY'er is paying a broker fee for any reason - sorry guys , own your mistakes.
