Review by Jaemoon Park (Rating: 5): They made it right! After initially experiencing noise issues in my unit, the management team went above and beyond to make things right. Michelle and Tom were exceptionally proactive in facilitating my transfer to a new apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The new unit is fantastic, and this experience really showcased how much the staff cares about resident satisfaction. Beyond resolving my issue, I've consistently enjoyed the great amenities and friendly staff throughout the property. A special shout-out to Raphael, whose infectious, beaming energy always brightens my day!

While every apartment community may face occasional challenges, what sets this one apart is how the management team responds. They listened, took action, and delivered an excellent solution. I'm grateful for their dedication and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making residents happy. - 3 weeks ago

Review by Peter Darnell (Rating: 5): My wife and just moved in to 363 Bond Street.

Their leasing agents were fantastic throughout the entire leasing process and beyond. Joe was so thorough and accommodating answering every question we had about the apartment availability and the building.

And Michelle- she is amazing. I was somewhat stressed about getting approved and she was so nice, friendly, honest and reassuring. I felt like I was talking to an old friend and it was the first time I ever talked to her!

They're both great, and we're very happy living here. Between the building and the service team-we feel like we've moved into a luxury hotel here.

Everyone we've met who lives here it seems feel the same way. - 10 months ago

Review by Mike Faley (Rating: 5): I've lived in NYC for a very long time and as anyone around here knows, really the best to hope for is a landlord or management company that is just NOT totally and completely awful. Imagine my surprise - since the first email sent to see a unit, through the application process, move-in, and now as a tenant - not only is this building incredible in terms of... being a comfortable, super high-quality experience on a day-to-day, but the folks who run this place are not just NOT awful - they're actually freaking awesome.

And it's not just me. In the first few months of living here, the community that lives here introduced themselves, offered to help with a ton of things, invited me to social events, etc - and when the topic of their experience living here would come up, we would eventually say basically the same thing at the same time - "but it's the people who run it right? How lucky are we?!"

Seriously - from the front desk staff who remembers your name, helps you with whatever you need, and is just an absolute delight to encounter on a day-to-day - to the management, who have actually gone out of their way to check-in on my time here so far. Like - a few weeks after moving in, I thought I might have a slight problem with the AC - I mentioned it in PASSING to someone, and less than an hour later, someone came by, popped open the unit, fixed it, and boom. All done. But that's not all - days later, without any prompting, I get an email from Michele, the amazing leasing manager, randomly asking if 1. the AC was working well and 2. if there is anything else she can help with as I settled into my new home.

Michele is really amazing and I love seeing her around the property. Ralph is someone I always look forward to high-fiving on my way in and out of the building. Tom has been incredibly helpful in facilitating my settling in. Not only do I get to breathe a sigh of relief that I, after DECADES, get to live in a place that I actually like spending time in - I get to spend it with a community of people who live and work here that I genuinely think are a super rare kind of positive and helpful.

If anyone has any q's - feel free to hit me up. I don't know how Google reviews work but I dunno, Google me or something I'm around. - 7 months ago

Review by K DeGeer (Rating: 5): The staff are great, rooftop pool is great, gym is never crowded and has good and clean equipment (and a couple of Concept II ergometers, which I appreciate), yoga / spin room with trampoline. Dog friendly, and treats are often available at the front desk. The neighborhood is getting built out for residential and some the old stinky businesses on the canal are leaving (hopefully the scrap metal and oil depot, too). It’s noisy now due to all the new construction plus the cleanup, but all those things have an end date. Once the canal cleanup is done, this area just might become the “Venice of the Northeast.” Seagulls can be seen and heard around the building due to the access to the harbor. Who doesn’t love the sound of seagulls? - a year ago

Review by Emilia Allonso (Rating: 3): (final update) rented here for just over 2 years:
    - DO request a walk thru exit: they failed to provide me the option or any proper exit procedures then hit me w damages charges w/o proper explanation or evidence; after 2 months of tireless sending emails and calling, had to go via the BBB to get evidence and settle the matter (w a partial refund bc they did overcharge)
    - appliances are not greatest-had stove malfunction and wasn’t fixed with much urgency (washer/dryer is terrible, only washer works)
    - however building is nice and the concierge and handy staff is so lovely, everyone is extremely nice and responsive
    - the apt is relatively quiet (2FL) but recently Gowanus is a huge construction field and noise is def an issue now (+machinery and street blocking everywhere)
    - renting process was OK with a bit of a chase needed from my side
    - overall maintenance doesn’t exactly the greatest sense of urgency and while staff tries to help, their management is not responsive - a year ago
