However, guest parking is extremely limited, and enforcement is strict, making it very challenging to host visitors. The staff is very communicative, often sending daily emails about updates and issues—be sure to manage your notifications, as messages from the complex’s app and emails can feel overwhelming. The location is decent, with convenient access to the trail. We ultimately chose not to renew our lease after finding a more budget-friendly option in a slightly older nearby option. The team here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Zoe is always friendly and does an incredible job organizing resident events that bring the community together. Carlos is approachable, professional, and eager to help whenever needed.

The property is well-managed, and the cleanliness of the complex is consistently impressive. I also want to highlight the maintenance team, particularly Julio for his exceptional service. With the colder weather setting in, I noticed my heater wasn’t working and submitted a work order. Julio arrived within the hour and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with stunning amenities that make living here feel like a luxury experience every day. From the resort-style pool to the fully equipped gym, everything is top-notch.

What truly sets Alexan Riverside apart, though, is the incredible staff—especially Zoe. From the moment I first walked into the leasing office, Zoe’s kindness and welcoming attitude made all the difference. She’s incredibly personable, always goes out of her way to help with any questions or concerns, and genuinely cares about making residents feel at home. It’s rare to meet someone as thoughtful and hardworking as Zoe, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she does.
