Original Post: We complained about a leak in the bathroom ceiling in *August 2023* and as of *January 2025*, there is still no fix in place. Raised the issue several times, the management office says they've fixed it, it rains and/or snows, and the leakage resumes with a bigger surface area and worse intensity.
The laundry machines are almost always broken and never refund the cost of failed cycles.
The heating is very inconsistent and shuts off at random times during the day.
Random strangers and homeless people show up in the building at your doorstep and the management office just says *oh yeah we know about it but what can we do.*
Packages get stolen all the time, so much so that people have started mounting cameras on their own doors.
Hallways and balconies reek of marijuana but no one does anything to intervene.
A really frustrating experience that has forced us to move out. I'm sure they will fix the issue now that we have given them a notice to vacate the unit. :) - a month ago

Goodluck if u order alot of packages because thieves are around it might even be the tenants taking your stuff who knows they wont even show you the footage. - a year ago

The lady in the office Marneh (if i remember the name right) deal with my problem right away and everything work great after. Apartments are great and very warm. Staff is amazing and very helpful.
