ARC Luxury Long Island City Apartments

Review by Kiki Pu (Rating: 5): I have lived in ARC for 3 years, recently moved out. With great experience I had at ARC, the staff are super friendly and lovely, love the courtyard every season, and rooftop pool.
Repair requests always handled almost with an hour, and the entire building always clean and smell good.

Review by D (Rating: 5): I moved here a little more than a month ago so will report back after a year. But the experience so far has been fantastic.

Harold has and still is helping me through figuring out all the details ranging from move in details to the amenities so shout out to him for being so patient and helpful!

The building is wonderful, super clean and well maintained. I really appreciate that the garbage room is constantly being emptied because I’ve lived in buildings where things were left for some time and the smells and space were not pleasant. The staff are friendly and any repair requests I have were immediately addressed and resolved.

Location wise- the area still seems pretty industrial and not as developed as the LIC near the water but with the subway literally right next door, it’s not an issue. - a month ago

Visited my friend's apartment here last week and encountered the most unprofessional concierge staff imaginable. There was a barely visible 'All guests must be announced' sign in the lobby, so I walked in without noticing it (as my friend had told me I could).

Instead of politely informing me of the policy, the door staff chose to:
- Make sarcastic remarks about my "entitlement"
- Mock my ability to read English
- Escalate the situation with condescending lectures

When I rightfully defended myself against their verbal abuse, they fabricated a "security threat" narrative to have me forcibly removed. This isn't security protocol - it's petty power play by inadequately trained personnel.

Final warning to potential renters: Your rent buys you neither basic courtesy nor fair treatment here. The management has cultivated an environment where staff act like prison guards rather than service providers. Multiple units in my social circle are now considering early lease termination due to these authoritarian practices. - 2 months ago

Review by Geon Ko (Rating: 5): I recently renewed my lease. Security guys, service team and the management handling every situation very well. Neighbors are so nice and kind.

N&W train running right next to the apt which makes easier to access to Manhattan.

Amenities and the size of the unit in this apt is better than most of the apartments.

Review by Bill Mo (Rating: 5): Good and responsive management. Staff are very friendly and nice and helpful. Easy location for commutign to mid-town since it's very close to NW train, which also means a bit noise for some units facing the subway (not really an issue for me) so I would suggest units facing interior patio if you prefer quieter places. Moved out becasue of rising costs and lack of good food and grocery options in close walking distance and got my deposit back (with reasonable deduction) after one month. - 7 months ago
