Review by Mr.Travis CashBox Williams (Rating: 5): Hello Everyone my name is Mr. Travis and I just want to say that Giselle made my move-in experience at Aspire Apartments absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. It was clear she really cared about making the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Giselle deserves a bonus for her hard work and dedication. - 2 weeks ago

Review by Michelle Rodriguez (Rating: 1): I’m trying to be very mindful and as considerate as possible writing this review.

I’ll start off by saying that I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and up until last year when the new owners took over it was actually a pretty easy place to live. There was great communication from the previous owners and management. I will say the maintenance guy, Juan, is kind and great at fixing up these apartments as best as he can.

First complaint: There’s absolutely no communication. The pool has been closed off and on since May with no warning or notice. It’s saddening when we get our kids ready to go swimming only to find the pool is locked and there’s a handwritten or typed sign on the pool gate informing the tenants it’s closed. Fast forward to Labor Day weekend… a few of our neighbors and my family went swimming the Saturday starting Labor Day weekend. We had all planned a nice big bbq and all day swimming for the kids. Fast forward to Saturday morning around 11am, after spending just about $300 collectively on food, we all head to the pool to find it’s locked. No note, no email that the pool is closed. Come to find out, the new security company they hired forgot to come and unlock the pool for the residents, on a HOT, holiday weekend. Then today, a random Wednesday in 106 degree weather, the pool gate is locked. No notice, no email… I think the most frustrating part about the lack of communication here, is we do get emails when they’re wanting to do community outreaches such as free pie day, free breakfast, free picnic baskets, but the important stuff no one hears anything!

Second complaint: When the new owners took over, apparently the previous owners were not paying the utilities or were not up to date paying them, I’m not sure what the whole story is. Anyway, all of us tenants have been paying an additional $300-$400 a month since November 2023 to catch up on the supposed utilities that were never paid. Not only do I feel this is wrong and illegal because in my opinion when you buy out a contract, you eat the charges of the previous owner, not charge the tenants, but when asked for an itemized bill/list of what we’re paying for, we all have been told there isn’t one… plus they charge us a service fee each month. Not to mention we all just got hit with these additional charges, once again with NO NOTICE!

Third complaint: Grounds are kept pretty nice, however, there are several pet owners here who DO NOT pick up after their pets and there’s a huge roach and wasp infestation.
When we have vendors come work on our apartments or do upgrades, they leave a huge mess, unfinished work and the craftsmanship is awful!
The laundry room is rarely ever cleaned, and never ever stocked with paper towels. It’s $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. Plus the washers and dryers are broken a lot!

Last but not least, the parking sucks! - 5 months ago

Review by Margaret Binney (Rating: 2): New management over charges ! Now they have a new utility company, and they are charging residents 90% of the utilities, not a fair percent breakdown in anyway! Now ur paying double for water, since u pay for laundry! And now they are double charging for trash! U pay on the utilities, now they are charging $25 extra for trash to be picked up from your porch! (Mandatory charge) and literally the main trash bins are a couple feet away from the front door ! The new management comp. Will not call u back, and the new comp. U pay utilities to will not give u a bill to check the charges ! … the only thing positive , is they do keep it clean! - a week ago

Review by Jessie G (Rating: 5): Aspire Rialto is a breath of fresh air. I just moved in a few days ago and I'm pretty pleased with the interior and exterior of my apartment complex. This is the first time in a long time that my place actually feels like home. The community manager Terry is very nice, informative, helpful and gets things done. The only thing that could use a refresh would be the parking lot. It needs a repaving soon but other than that it's been GREAT so far! - a year ago

Review by Constance Steen (Rating: 5): The grounds are well-kept repairs done maintenance crew is very helpful. Management Company Leasing Office was very knowledgeable about the property. Aspire Rialto has a place for our furry friends along with a well manicured lawn. Just moved here in May of last year. Not far from 210 Freeway lists of shopping close to home neighborhood is safe - a year ago
