We enjoyed nearby transport interchange, walkable and safe streets.

Highlights include:
-His prompt reply to emails, calls & texts
-His comprehensive knowledge of all things related to Bezel and relocation needs.
-His courteous & friendly demeanor

I am happy with my choice largely because Steven’s first-class service & friendly nature exemplified what I wanted and expect in choosing a new home community. She genuinely cares about the residents, and is always pleasant and willing to be a helpful problem-solver. Great experience so far with this building. We moved in recently, and the staff has been helpful and responsive throughout the process, especially Steven and Jonathan. Good selection of amenities, the pool deck is amazing. The unit itself (2BR/2BA) had been well maintained and was ready for move-in. Fantastic balcony views. Events hosted by Andrea have been enjoyable each time.

Update, after 2 months:
Staff and location management remains responsive to all inquiries and concerns, they (along with the aesthetic appeal of the building) make the experience worthwhile. However, the building’s amenities and elevators consistently have issues. Management communicates well with tenants regarding fixes, but unfortunately these instances often reoccur. 2/4 elevators have been out of order on and off for the past few weeks, causing extended wait times for travel between floors, upwards of 10 minutes at a time.

This building would be a consistent 5-star experience if the cadence of these issues were reduced, corporate leadership should consider more permanent fixes to these matters. - 9 months ago
