Review by K (Rating: 1): Living here was the worst experience of my life over a year dealt with major roach problem nothing worked at all. Alan the super tries his best and very friendly however the office management is extremely difficult to deal with and rude. Oshanter is an extremely greedy company that does half a** work and bully you to leave. They purposely damaged my balcony and made it look awful when they were supposed to be improving it. I was doing my part keeping everything extremely clean putting work orders for the things needed to be fixed and they would do everything a horrible job and make it worse . Another example the bathtub deglaze didn’t even sand or seal just painted over everything . Caulking not done properly. Mold and moisture in the walls which they tried to blame my window ac for meanwhile I was talking about complete opposite side of apartment and In washroom. Kitchen not sealed properly open wood. it’s a roach haven. The balcony I did not request it was building maintenance but they did that purposely they continued to bully me while I was suffering with their awful conditions. There was baby bats living In hallway on my floor. Really think twice oshanter what I dealt with you guys should owe me money , I have way more photos and videos as well.
