Review by Amanda Ramirez (Rating: 1): If I were able to give no stars I would do just that. I went in for an application. I've been trying to get ahold of the office for two weeks, it's hard for me to go in physically because of my work schedule. The one day I was able to make it I waited at the gate for a while till a current tenant opened the gate to let me in. I walk up to the door and it's like she rushed and stopped me from going into her office and told me to wait outside until she was available. Now it's raining outside and she has me waiting outside. She closed the screen door then locked it as if I was going to intrude and barge my way in. Then had me wait outside in the rain over five minutes. Then I just gave up and left. The woman is extremely rude and has no concern for future tenants. I've read reviews from google and they all noted she was rude and mean. Now I know why. This place no longer interest me. I'd rather pay the extra money and looks else where. - 8 years ago

Review by Alexy Alvarez (Rating: 1): Like the review prior to mines said . Wish their was a no star option. This place is awful . The lady (management)did the same thing to me . Made me wait outside the office until she was “ready” mind you she was in their alone !! Asked me if I was their with the Hispanic lady that just had left her office . I said no I was their alone .5 times asked what I wanted , I kept telling her I’m looking into the 2bedroom apartment available I seen online all she kept saying it will be a while till she can get to me . I was willing to wait .30 min later she got to me I tried shaking her hand , she refused to shake my hand .then asked me for the 6th time what I wanted , I again told her I was interested in the 2 bedroom . She then said she doesn’t have any available. And won’t have any available any time soon . December of January. I then refered to the posting online she stated it was an old post . I did let her know that the posting was updated 2 days prior . She said it was a mistake . I then got up very upset and told her she shouldn’t be rude and could of let me know instead of letting me wait 30 min outside until she was ready to see me . Her response was THATS WHY I DONT RENT OUT TO YOUR KIND . No one should rent from her !! - 7 years ago

If the lady’s at the office are rude I could only imagine how they deal with issues . SHOULD REPLACE THEM for better personal. By the way it was a white lady with ashy hair. - 6 years ago
