The pool and spa have been renovated, the ponds are well maintained, and the new maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick to make repairs. Additionally, the landscaping is well-kept. Fortunately, management has successfully kept homeless individuals away from the property, although this can be challenging. Unfortunately, local authorities are not providing much assistance in this regard. Just a few weeks ago, a friend of mine experienced a break-in at his home by a homeless person. The police took action, but the individual was released the next day. I recommend this Apartment complex. - 3 months ago

She’s always on top of everything and she always has a big smile on her face. Willing to help Maggie as well. The maintenance is always doing their best and on top of things to get the jobs done when I was looking for an apartment it wasn’t only about the apartment. It was about how I was treated by the staff when I Came to view the apartment. Shayla was so welcoming and friendly. I love this place. I live with an unsecure front door for 10 months. They towed my car with my parking sticker. Paid $500. Shayla was so rude. One time I went to the laundry room to wash and they were homeless having intercourse and getting drug up inside. - 4 months ago
