Review by Russell Cunningham (Rating: 5): I have lived in Everlea's rental building (430) for over a year now and I have been nothing short of impressed with management and Sana's performance.
There has been feedback left here that truly seem to have come from either privileged or simply rude individuals. It really seems like all of the lower reviews have come from people with little to zero basic understanding or consideration for the people around them.
Sana has done an incredible job managing this entire building, which by the way has over 200 units, with the staff at hand she has and just herself. Mitigating all the responsibilities that come with no concierge, I'm impressed.
I feel safe in this building and with how well it's maintained for being a PET FRIENDLY building, I am so happy living here. I'm very thankful for being able to have my dog, in a clean and safe building without having to stress about it or the people that live here.
Yes, this location does not have a pool or spa. They are located in the neighboring Everlea building, which is a purchasing building, not a rental building.
If you are looking for a rental suite that has a safe environment, well maintained building, allows pets, is in close proximity to almost everything then you may want to seriously inquire.
Thank you Sana for everything you do. I'll be here for a long time. - 8 months ago
Review by Octavio Daniel Contreras Manzanedo (Rating: 1): Hello, here’s the deal: they advertised a pool to which we have never had access. If you're up for hiking every time you want to go upstairs, this is the place for you. We didn’t have an elevator from November to the beginning of January. They hold no accountability for this.
Sana replied, but didn’t answer anything, as it seems it's not in her power to do so. The amenities are merely for show; you can never book them, and they turn off the lights at 9 PM and turn them on again at 9 AM.
There’s a meeting room and a common area with internet that doesn’t work because it’s not suited for that purpose. I’m still wondering why they even have a meeting room and a study room.
The prices for studios range from $2,800, and I’ve heard that they go up to $3,500 to $4,000 for an apartment that looks nice but is made with the cheapest materials you’ll ever see. I have to call because the thermostat is broken, the breakers don’t work, and the closets won’t close.
They violate the Tenant Act and take no responsibility for their actions.
You're welcome. - 3 weeks ago
Review by Crystal Lee (Rating: 1): **update!
Another glass broken in the midnight! That’s totally horrible !
Poor management , poor quality ! The glass has been cracked for 5 months, still no one follow up. That is totally unsafe. Request to switch to another unit due to this problem, also no one follow up. - 2 weeks ago
Review by Vanessa Barbosa (Rating: 5): Great building, great location, close to a lot of stores, lougheed mall and lougheed skytrain station - 5 months ago
Review by Alan Arias (Rating: 1): The owners of the building doesn't care about the status of the building, nether less to say about the amenities (BTW there are stupid rules in place, you can access gym or the amenities room before 9am and after 9pm). The elevator has been out of order SEVERAL times, and now the ETA to be fixed its 2 months. If you have a chance to rent here, please don't do it. - 4 months ago
