The building is well maintained and the Bosa staff have been fantastic to work with.

The building manager, Roy, stands out for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for the residents.

The highlight of my visit was the community BBQ event, which was a fantastic way to meet people and enjoy great food. The sense of community here is strong, and the facilities are top-notch. One of the standout aspects of living here was the exceptional management. Roy, in particular, was always super nice and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that any concerns were promptly addressed and that residents felt at home.

Review by Melissa Thomas (Rating: 5): This is an amazing building to live in. It’s so beautifully built, comfortable and well managed. It’s the first place my husband and I have lived since getting married in 2022 that really feels like home. It goes without saying that the building Manager, Roy is an absolute treasure.

A few notable things, the pet area is an amazing feature for those with puppies. We recently adopted our little Charlie (featured below) and it has really helped us with his training.

There is a parcel pending box which makes receiving packages seamless and also a washroom on the first floor if you need it. Also, the gym has PELOTON’S…that I am self admittedly yet to use.

Review by Andrew Haines (Rating: 5): We’re wanting to share how thankful we are to be living at here at Foster by Bosa Properties! The end of summer bbq social was a great way to meet our neighbours, make new friends and encourage the sense of community here. Our suite is both comfortable and functional; and we appreciate the design aesthetic and colour scheme. We also appreciate the team of people working behind the scenes that really make living here special. The landscape team does a great job with the garden spaces and the building maintenance team have been timely and thorough with their repairs. Thank you Roy for being a caring building manager and Vafa for keep a family and pet friendly building so clean! - 4 months ago
