Moving to BC for me was very nerve racking and Ron and Shannon made it so much easier! The building is always running smoothly, they help in whatever way they can, and are always so welcoming. Hollyburn Court is also in such a wonderful location. I love being in this building and calling it home and am so grateful to have two amazing people as my landlords. I've lived at Hollyburn Court now for a number of years. The building managers Ron and Shannon are very approachable and very responsive to any concerns that arise. Always helpful and always keeping the building and amenities tidy, clean and running smooth. My partner and I have been living here for almost a year. The building manager Shannon and Ron are like a family to us they are very accommodating from day 1. They responds right away when we ask help regarding our concerns with the unit. They take care of their building as if it is their home. Our place at Hollyburn is very convenient skytrain is just a block away, bus is just a few steps away so its very easy for us to go around the city and there are tons of restaurants nearby, hospital, pharmacy, grocery and other stores are just a few minutes walk. Shannon and Ron were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made living here an absolute pleasure! They take great care of the building, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I moved in during the pandemic and always felt assured that things were clean and adhering to COVID-19 protocols. As another reviewer mentioned, this building is remarkably quiet - I worked from home full-time for my entire time living there and very rarely heard noise from neighbours. Moving into Hollyburn Court has been such a great experience! The managers, Ron and Shannon, work hard to keep the property clean and well-maintained. They have been very friendly and helpful throughout the renting and move in process (especially since I was moving from a different province). Would definitely recommend! - 3 years ago
